Shipping

We ship worldwide, although some destinations may be excluded.

Free shipping is available on orders of A$120 or more.

Estimated delivery is approximately 1–3 weeks in total. Delivery times may vary, and some destinations may take longer.

Tracking is available for most delivery locations.

Free shipping covers shipping charges only. It does not cover any applicable import duties, taxes or tariffs.

Returns

We do not accept change-of-mind returns.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or significantly different from its description, please contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery where possible.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. If we confirm that a product has a problem covered by the Australian Consumer Law, we will reimburse any reasonable return costs as required by law.

Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For a minor problem, we will provide an appropriate remedy as required by law.
